 Overnight Oats Recipe


Ingredients:
     ✪ 1/2 cup oats
     ✪ 1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
     ✪ 1 tbsp chia seeds
     ✪ Honey or maple syrup (to taste)
     ✪ Fresh fruits (berries, banana, etc.)
     ✪ Nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)

Instructions:

     1. Combine Ingredients: In a jar or container, mix together the rolled oats, milk (or almond milk), chia seeds, and honey or maple syrup.

     2. Refrigerate: Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4-5 hours) to allow the oats and chia seeds to soak and soften.

     3. Serve: In the morning, give the mixture a good stir. Top with your choice of fresh fruits and nuts for added flavor and texture.

     4. Enjoy: Serve cold and enjoy your nutritious and filling breakfast!
